By using our computer repair and maintenance services, you agree to our terms. We provide repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance as described, and all work is performed according to our professional standards.

 

2. Payment and Pricing

All prices for services are clearly communicated before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to adjust prices for additional or unforeseen work.

 

3. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee workmanship on all repairs for a specified period. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing data loss or damage unrelated to the services provided. Customers are advised to back up their data before service.

 

4. Data Protection

Any personal information provided during service is handled securely and used only for service-related purposes. We do not share, sell, or trade your information with third parties.

 

5. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not collected within a reasonable period after notification may be subject to storage fees. Quantify PRO S.R.L reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed equipment after extended notice.

 

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to restore functionality, some devices may have issues that cannot be fully resolved. We will always communicate any limitations before proceeding with repairs.

 

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
